Clear Aligners followed by hand layered Composite Veneers

Our patient presented initially to address some orthodontic relapse concerns. After spending time understanding her goals, it was clear that what truly bothered her wasn’t just the alignment but the size, shape, and harmony of her smile.

For this beautiful transformation, we first used SureSmile clear aligners to create more restorative space – allowing us to lengthen and reshape her teeth in a responsible manner while respecting her bite and long-term function. By allowing orthodontics to do part of the work, we were able to preserve healthy tooth structure – an important request of the patient.

Each restoration was hand-layered using multiple composite shades and tins before being meticulously polished and textured to mimic the subtleties of natural enamel. This resulted in a smile that doesn’t feel forced or done – but felt natural, and balanced to her.
